Return Policy

Sorry, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges.

Once packages are shipped, carriers cannot return them, hence we cannot accept returns. Please carefully consider your purchase before placing an order as all sales are final upon shipment. If you refuse to accept the package, the carrier will destroy it, and we will not issue a refund.

Before placing an order, please make sure to review our product descriptions and size charts. If you have any sizing concerns, please email us at support@aunut.com before placing your order.

Due to the nature of our products, we only replace items that are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photo evidence of the damaged product and packaging within 5 days of receiving the package.

Items damaged during cleaning or use, or any other circumstances, will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the customer assumes full responsibility.
